On the afternoon of July 2, 2018, it was a pleasure to invite professors from the Agricultural University to participate in this technical exchange symposium. This study is centered on two sections of the heat exchange system and environmental control issues.

According to the aerodynamics, the jet + mixed airflow organization is adopted, and according to the fresh air characteristics of the livestock house in winter,Liang Mo and the Agricultural University of China (Animal Science and Technology College - Animal Husbandry Research Laboratory) jointly developed,designed to solve the problem of environmental protection and energy saving,sending the fresh air for the cattle house, pig house, chicken house in the winter.Unique heat exchange flow channel design, heat exchange efficiency of more than 70% using the waste gas energy and fresh air energy exchange,the air supply duct adopts the tapered design of the fabric duct, the air supply is more balanced, and the airflow organization in the house is more reasonable to discharge harmful gases such as carbon dioxide and ammonia.

Huolongmen Ranch is a domestic super-large farmland invested by Heihe Zhongxing Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., located in Huolongmen Township, Nenjiang County, with a scale of 14,000 cows. Construction began in April 2014 and the first batch of dairy cows was introduced in November. In 2014, the acceptance of 100 standard demonstration ranch projects in Heilongjiang Province,it was the first in the province.

The layout of the pasture adopts the most advanced design concept in the world. The construction standards are based on the specifications of the provincial modern dairy farm construction. The most scientific production technology in the world is adopted. The machinery and equipment will be purchased from well-known brands at home and abroad. Imported dairy cow from Chile and NZ, the farm is equipped with 2 Afghan 84 rotary milking machines, using Affijin Ranch management software, automatic feeding center, cow automatic feeding system, Austria solid-liquid separation processing system, US manure Processing system, Shanghai Najie Power Control System.

The pasture planning is divided into four major areas: 1. The production management area includes comprehensive buildings and buildings related to production and operation; 2. The auxiliary production areas mainly include water supply, power supply, heating, maintenance, silage, and grass storage; 3.The production area mainly includes cowsheds, milking parlors, artificial insemination and laboratory buildings; 4. Manure treatment and sick animal isolation areas mainly include veterinary rooms, isolation barns, sick cattle treatment and manure storage and treatment facilities.

There are 9 departments in the pasture for feeding, breeding, veterinary, milking,yak, information, synthesis, equipment and cattle.

The dormitory is a 6-person room, 24 hours of hot water supply, internet access, reading room, activity room, billiards room, table tennis room, bathroom, laundry room and so on these facilities.

As of October 26, 2015, there are 180 employees in the ranch. The total number of cattle in the farm is 8,265. In 2015, the silage planting area was 1,700 hectares,a total of 85,000 tons was acquired. Production began in September 2015. It is estimated a total of 4,069 heads will be produced by the end of 2015, and the total number of cattle will exceed 10,000. It is expected that milk production will reach 180 tons. It is estimated that  the number of employees will increase to 300, and the total number of cattle will exceed 12,000 by May 2016.

As the major comprehensive exhibition of the international animal husbandry industry, China Animal Husbandry Expo (CAHE) has been successfully held for 12 consecutive years. It has professional information connotation, huge trade connotation and rich cultural connotation. It is the exchange and cooperation window of livestock and related industries at home and abroad.Even it is an annual event for hundreds of millions of farmers and herdsmen in China. The 13th (2015) China Animal Husbandry Expo has an indoor and outdoor exhibition area of 120,000 square meters and 4,800 booths. On the basis of inheriting the experience of the previous 12th China Animal Husbandry Expo, this “Livestock Fair” will continue to enrich the “China Animal Husbandry Week” series of activities; further optimize the exhibition services, and enrich the connotation of the exhibition by means of the mature exhibition technology model with high-tech information technology,enhance the level of internationalization, enhance the trade matching ratio of exhibitors and visitors, and truly realize the exhibiting value of exhibitors and visitors.
