Liangmo cattle house environment improvement - Anhui Haozhou project
In order to improve the environmental conditions of the open cattle barn in the south, China Agricultural University cooperated with Qingdao Liangmo Animal Husbandry Environment Control Co., Ltd. to adopt the wet curtain fan-fabric cloth duct system and adopt the mode of air duct fixed point air supply,send the cold air evenly to the cattle activity area is locally cooled. The project combines the actual conditions and geographical characteristics of beef breeding do the experimental research of national beef breeding test stations in Wuqing, Tianjin, Gao'an, Jiangxi and Haozhou,Anhui.

Project requirements
At the height of the cow standing (1.3m from the ground), the wind speed is 2m/s or less than 2m/s, the height of the cow lying is 0.5m (0.5m from the ground), and the wind speed is about 0.8m/s. At a height of 0.3 m, the cold air radiation diameter is 1 m, and the 0.5 m height cold air radiation diameter is 1.7-2 m, and the three air-cooled radiation ranges of 0.5 m height intersect. And to ensure that the cold air maximum reaches the cow body surrounding and the minimum heat exchange around.
Design
According to the local continental climate, the characteristics of summer sultry and the eastward trend of the cattle house, the open barn situation, the project uses a set of wet curtain fan-fabric cloth duct system at both ends, the fabric cloth duct length is 24.5m, diameter 0.8m, using a small hole to supply air to evenly reduce the temperature of the barn, help to alleviate the heat stress of cattle, and effectively accelerate the growth of cattle.
