Liangmo cattle house environment improvement-Tianjin Wuqing Project
The production of beef cattle in China is mainly distributed in the four main producing areas, namely the northeast producing area, the central producing area, the northwest producing area and the southwest producing area. Among them, the beef cattle houses in the Central producing areas and Southwestern producing areas are mostly open and semi-open or a small number of window-type beef cattle houses, the fence structure of the cow house is poorly insulated, the ventilation mode of the cow house is natural ventilation, and the high temperature in the beef cattle house in Summer in the Central Plains area and the southwestern production area will affect the production performance of beef cattle, high humidity environment will aggravate the high temperatures impact for cattle.


Project Introduction
This project is the cooling study of cow house in Wuqing District, Tianjin. The project is ventilated and cooled by the Liangmo EFDS professional animal husbandry design system.
Air outlet mode: small hole jet
Duct height: 1.8m from the ground below the duct;
Project requirements
The wind speed of the lying plane (h=0.5m) is above 1m/s, and the wind speed of the standing plane (h=1.5m) is 3m/s;
The jet flow range of the side air vent, at least radiated to the length of the lying body of the cattle (l = 1.2m);
The distance between the side vents should be evenly delivered to the back of the cow.
According to the purpose and range of air supply , the project adopts the small hole outlet mode. According to the top elevation and the regional function of the system, the end wind speed is 1.5m, the design wind speed is 3m/s, and the elevation is 0.5m. The wind speed is 1m/s. According to the determined regional air volume and system air volume, the number of systems is determined, and the length is determined according to the air supply area responsible for the single system.
